Quartz and pyrite are metal (not rock). Sulfur is an element, but may be an inherent minerals.

The only rocks in your list are marble, granite and gneiss, and metamorphic rocks.

Eclogite is right for the three metamorphic rocks. Quartz is common to all three main types of rocks. However, if you have a crystalline rock composed mainly of quartz, it is likely an intrusive igneous rock. Sulfur is common in extrusive igneous rocks. Sulfur is also common, along with pyrite in hydrothermal veins found where metamorphic and igneous rocks occur together.
